Stripping wall paper

The dog leg of the hall showing a nice piece of Victorian plasterers work.
1970's wallpaper, a few people have said they would like this wallpaper today.
The distemper paint from early in the house's history. Distemper = paint made of chalk and glue made from Rabbit skins :-/
Steaming off all the old paper.

All done we can see what condition the original plaster work is in.

The coving and arch work feature are lovely.
Below - The old distemper finish can be removed by steaming. We are waiting for Maggie's brother in law Dave who is a painter and decorator of much note to advise what is best to do.
